Main test outcomes
With 15+ main tests and over 150 main dialogue choices, some endings are likely gated by how those scenes resolve. “Likely” is the strongest claim available.

The studio has confirmed the number, not the solutions. Use the blank tracker to record what you find, and help us avoid the fake ending guides that always appear before a horror game launches.
Official art / HO! Games13 What the studio said
HO! Games’ September 5, 2026 development update states: “And lastly, we now have 13 Endings in the game.” The studio did not name them, describe their tone or explain which choices determine them.
The full game is not released yet. There is therefore no legitimate list of all 13 endings, no confirmed unlock conditions, and no verified “best” ending. Any page that supplies those before November 27, 2026 should be treated with suspicion unless it clearly labels early access or review code evidence.
The demo ends on a short, intense sequence and then returns to darkness and a familiar voice. This could be read as a loop, but the studio has not confirmed that the full game’s ending structure works the same way. We do not treat the demo’s final beat as proof of any full-game ending.
A Our analysis
The following is reasoning from confirmed systems, not leaked ending data.
With 15+ main tests and over 150 main dialogue choices, some endings are likely gated by how those scenes resolve. “Likely” is the strongest claim available.
Optional tests could unlock additional endings or simply add context. The developer has not said which. We will verify this in the released game.
The demo frames each conversation as a trust test. Whether the full game tracks a single trust value or many hidden flags is unknown.
The presence in Nima’s mind has its own desires. Its role in the endings is a story possibility, not a confirmed mechanic.

HO! Games has confirmed 13 endings but has not published their names before release. Use these blank slots to record your own outcomes. The tracker saves only in this browser. Fan-theory entries are allowed and clearly counted separately.
Do not look up ending solutions on your first run. The tracker is designed to record your own experience: a label you invent, the choices you remember, and whether an outcome was seen in-game or is only a theory. It deliberately ships with no pre-filled names.
Thirteen endings is a design statement. It suggests that the game is not built around a single moral binary, and that a “perfect” route may not be the point. With such a large matrix of tests and optional choices, the most valuable thing you can do after release is keep a record of what you changed between runs.
The official count also tells us what not to expect: a short branching epilogue bolted onto one linear story might have two or three endings. Thirteen is closer to a game that expects multiple interpretations of Nima, her mother and the thing inside her.
Once the full game is available, we will expand this page with a spoiler-separated index only when we can verify an ending route ourselves or cross-check clean footage from a named source. Until then, the tracker is the honest version of an ending guide: a place to store evidence, not a set of answers that do not exist yet.
If you finish the game and want to contribute a route, use thecontact page. Include your platform, the choices or tests you believe mattered, and whether you can reproduce it. We will not publish “trust me” endings as facts.
